Shipping Policy For the delivery of orders in Tarragona, FLORISTERIA ROMEU guarantees delivery for the following 48 hours as long as the order is placed sufficiently in advance on working days and 11:00 local time on Saturdays, and the day of delivery is not a holiday in the destination town or national holiday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday afternoons or Sundays except in special cases (consult by phone at 662 63 63 64). Orders requested for delivery on designated holidays with a strong impact on the sector such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Sant Jordi (Rose Day), etc., are only guaranteed delivery on the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 local time, delivery being made, in any case, as soon as possible. In the case of special events, such as funerals, weddings, etc., the times requested by the customer will be prioritized, and in the event of impossibility of complying with them for any reason, they will be informed immediately via telephone or email address provided by them. Delivery costs Shipping costs range between €0 and €19.50 depending on several criteria: national/international destination, taxes applied according to the presence of complementary products in the order, delivery on holidays/weekdays. Delivery methods and delivery time We have two delivery methods, depending on the destination of the shipment and the urgency of it. Regarding delivery times, we have the following options: Standard delivery: delivery of the order on the day indicated by the customer after 24h -48h of the day the purchase is made. Urgent delivery: for orders that will be delivered on the same day or the next day. Deliveries are made between 9:30 am and 8:00 pm. We will always try to respect your delivery time preferences although we cannot guarantee them. Late delivery If your order has not arrived on the date you requested, we will refund the shipping costs, but we will not be able to return the full amount of your purchase. Please note that we do not make refunds if the order has not arrived for reasons beyond our control, such as the recipient not being at home at the time of delivery. If the delivery could not be made because the chosen day was a local holiday, your order will arrive on the next working day. In this case, it would not be possible to request any type of refund. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information If, when placing your order, you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of your order. If we verify that the information provided is incorrect, we will contact you to confirm the details or request additional details. You must take into account that the modification of these details must be carried out at least one business day before the scheduled delivery (standard deliveries). Delivery policy on specified dates During periods with a large volume of orders (such as, for example, Christmas, Sant Jordi or Sant Valentine), some of the policies mentioned above may vary: - Changes and cancellations: we cannot guarantee the implementation of changes or cancellations of orders even if these are requested within the period specified above. - Delivery time: we cannot guarantee delivery tomorrow or afternoon even if you have been given the option to choose a time slot during the purchase process. - In some cases, and whenever a warning message appears during the purchase process, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of your order on the chosen date and it will be carried out on the first available date. Information on the Right of Withdrawal FLORISTERIA ROMEU informs the customer that, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users or TRLGDCU, the consumer and user will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, unless one of the exceptions established by the law applies. Flowers The customer is informed that the provision of the flower supply service does not give rise to the right of withdrawal, because this right is not applicable to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Complements With regard to our complementary products (Soft toys, vases, wine and chocolate), the customer may, during the period of 14 calendar days, and provided that he assumes the shipping costs, return the product. The above excludes compositions in which the products used to make up the order are specified (for example 12 roses) and in this case the product specified by the consumer will be delivered and always of the best quality. Delivery is only guaranteed in the towns of Camp de Tarragona and the customer will be informed in the event that delivery cannot be made, so that the product can be changed in a new order, or cancelled at their convenience. The customer must ensure that on the date and time of delivery, the recipient or a person representing them is able to receive the floral product. In the event of absence or inability to fulfill the service at the delivery address, the florist may use the recipient's landline or mobile phone number as soon as possible to guarantee delivery - in case he cannot speak directly with the recipient - and leave a message on the answering machine or send him an SMS. The customer declares to be aware that the amount of the order expresses the total price, taxes included, and covers the costs of transmission, composition and delivery of the requested products, as well as the cost of service and the FLORISTERIA ROMEU guarantee. For a delivery to be made to hospitals, hotels, mortuaries, public bodies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, the customer must ensure, before placing any order, that there will be no difficulties, since, in the event that the delivery person is refused delivery, for any reason, the delivery will be considered made, with delivery to the recipient being deemed to have been made at the reception of the establishment. That, in certain hospitals, delivery persons cannot access the rooms: generally the flowers are then deposited at the reception, and the hospital staff will then deliver them to the recipients, in accordance with the internal regulations of the establishment. The customer is informed that, in the case of a funeral or a delivery in a public place, depending on the circumstances (hospital, clinic, funeral home, mortuary, pantheon, church, etc.), and taking into account that the funeral organization is not obliged to manage the reception of the flowers, it may not be possible to obtain the recipient's signature. In the case of a funeral, the date and/or place of delivery of the floral product may be modified, at the request of the family present at the place. A claim related to these modifications could not then be taken into account. The same would apply to any modification requested by the recipient's family. The customer may claim the delivery of an order within 15 days of the delivery date for both national and international orders. If the reason for the complaint is the quality of the product delivered, or its composition, you may make a complaint within 24 hours of the delivery date, since if it is made at a later date, as it is a perishable product, the quality or original preparation of this product could not be verified. If the complaint is justified, the return to the customer and their compensation will be managed through the resolution that applies in each case.
